How had she not known of him? Was this one of Yusei’s other friends he didn’t want to have around to spook her? Was she really that fragile in their eyes. Her frazzled mind snapped to attention with what energy she had, beginning to think the possible worst instead of the potential postivies she slowly swallows the lump in her throat. “hold on i’ll be right there Akiza.” ending the call there and climbing onto his D-wheel to meet her where she was at, having slipped on a pair of sunglasses to cover his eyes before getting the helmet on. he could understand why yusei hadnt said anything about him to akiza. it wasn’t that he thought she was fragile yusei had thought that when she was doing a little better then he could come around her. he could understand that the way his eyes looked could potentially give off the wrong impression to some so he didnt argue with him but he knew that it couldnt be avoided forever.

pulling up to akiza when he got there he gave her a small wave and a tiny smile. “hey akiza i’m here to get you home now. sorry we didnt get a chance to meet earlier.”
